Acceptance of terms
By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The website is operated by Nevan Pearls & Jewellers [to be provided].
Products & pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST (3%).
- Pearls and gemstones are natural; colours and surface may vary slightly from photographs and screen settings.
- We may update prices and availability without prior notice. If a price is shown incorrectly because of an error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel for a full refund.
Orders & payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment through Razorpay. Each order receives a unique Order ID. Cash on delivery is not offered.
Certificates & authenticity
Where a piece is sold with a gem-testing report, the lab, report number and readings are shown on its product page exactly as printed on the report. Reports are issued by independent labs and are provided for reference.

Reviews
Reviews are moderated before publishing. We do not edit the meaning of reviews or publish paid or invented reviews; reviews from customers who bought the piece are marked “Verified buyer”.
Intellectual property
Photos, videos and text on this site belong to Nevan Pearls & Jewellers and may not be reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
Nevan Pearls & Jewellers is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
